Joy in Medicine™: Impact

Since its inception in 2019, the Joy in Medicine™ program has recognized over 150 organizations across the country for system-wide efforts to improve the well-being of their workforces. Building on the program criteria, these organizations have implemented systemic change to help care for caregivers. Explore the impact of Joy in Medicine through the experiences of recognized organizations.
