The 2025 AMA Interim Meeting Poster Showcase will feature research from over 250 medical students, residents and IMGs across 11 different categories. Meeting attendees are encouraged to stop in to speak with presenters about their work and enjoy refreshments!

You must be an AMA member and registered for the 2025 AMA Interim Meeting of the House of Delegates to participate. Join or renew today

Submit an abstract by Oct. 17

Medical students, residents and IMGs are invited to submit an abstract for presentation at the AMA Interim Meeting Poster Showcase.

  • Poster Showcase and reception is Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, from 3-5 p.m.
  • The primary author MUST be the presenting author and is required to attend the Poster Showcase.
  • One presenter per poster.
  • Maximum poster size: 36"H x 48"W.
  • Participants who exceed the maximum poster size will not be permitted to present.
